Exchange Policy

At Arabellaa we work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at great quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.
 
To exchange a product, email us at orders@arabellaa.com with your order number and reason for exchange or you can also call our Customer Care Team on +91 8850426304 (Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 6 pm).
 

The Exchange process

At this moment we do not have a return policy. If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size we will exchange the size for you or for another item within 7 days of the delivery. Please ensure that the garment if returned is unused, is in the original packaging, and has all the original tags. Once we receive the returned package, Team Arabellaa will review the reason for the exchange, and based on the jurisdiction we will process the exchange.
 
Send us an email within 7 business days of receiving the package at orders@arabellaa.com. If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted for an exchange.
 
The team will revert with an email confirming the exchange along with a return order number.
 
Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags and a pick-up agent will come to collect the package. Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not be able to accept the exchange and the package will be sent back.
 

In Case of Faulty/Damaged Garment

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it as long as it has been returned within 7 days of purchase. Please note that the wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. If you have received a faulty item please email us at orders@arabellaa.com

Please mention the order number in the subject line. In the email please mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace the item as soon as possible.

In Case of Out-of-Stock Garments

If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement.
 

Terms & Conditions:

Exchanges may take up to 14-20 business days depending on the availability of exchange products and weather conditions. Items once sent for exchange will be inspected.

Tags must be maintained and not removed.

In the highly unlikely event that your item should have a manufacturing defect please reach out to us at orders@arabellaa.com with images for us to resolve the issue.

We are a make to order brand, we can still do size or product exchanges for an extra cost of Rs. 199. To pay, use UPI scan code or bank transfer. Email us at orders@arabellaa.com within 7 business days of getting your package. If you wait longer, we can’t accept the exchange. Once we confirm the payment the exchange process will be taken forward.

In case of customised products, there won’t be any exchange.

If you send items back to us without our written approval, we won’t consider them for exchange. We will also not be responsible for any loss, damage, or resending.

Once we approve an exchange and you pay Rs. 199, we’ll arrange to pick up the item from you. After we receive it at our facility, we’ll send out the exchange.

We do not accept returns however we are happy to take an exchange request forward.
