>  Exchange requests need to be within 30 days of the delivery of the product.

>  All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

How do you exchange?

Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners. Kindly mention to the customer care executive if you need a reverse pick up at the time of making an exchange request.

Self-ship: In case our courier partner does not service your pin code, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department.

What after you raise an exchange request?

Once we receive your product(s) requested for an exchange, our team will examine them to make sure they comply with the exchange policies; once the product is approved a member from the customer care team will update you with a coupon code for the amount equivalent to the exchanged product which can be redeemed within 30days.
